When evening is getting dark we are going to meet the eight-member siberian husky teams and our guide will drive you over the snowy dark scenery. If the skies are clear we can watch the stars and, if we are really lucky, the mystical Aurora Borealis might appear.
After the beautiful 30-40 min ride we will return to the farm and have hot drinks and biscuits in the lavvu with nice open fire. Once we’ve warmed up you are welcome to stargaze and enjoy the tranquility that surrounds the farm.

NOTICE: Aurora Borealis (aka Northern Lights) is beautiful, but still a natural wonder. We can't garantee that you will see them, but we wil do our best for you to have the best chance! Our trails is mostly on open space, in the middle of Lapland, so chances are high.
Driving the husky sled require good physical conditions and is not suitable to people with reduced physical mobility; does not exclude them from ride as a passanger.
This is evening program, and we would NOT recommend it for child under 7 years. But it is not set in stone, the decission is yours.
If you are travelling solo, please book Adult, solo for your own sleds. Otherwise you can share the sleds with other client.
We reserve the right to change or cancel the route and duration of booking according the weather conditions and safety factors. Driving the husky sled require good physical conditions and is not suitable to people with reduced physical mobility; does not exclude them from ride as a passenger.
In case of accident caused by the client during the husky safari, self-liability is 600 € for equipment/sleigh and 4000€ per injured dog.

We can take you for 20-25 km (around 3hours of sledding) trail from our hidden place through the Lapland wilderness, taking chances on the ices of Ounasjöki (Ounas river) and Levijärvi (lake of Levi), crossing snowmobile trails, reindeer pastures and small villages around.
