Our tour starts from Ruka. First we visit the southernmost part of Oulanka National Park. We walk along The Pieni Karhunkierros Trail (Little Bear’s Trail) and see Myllykoski, Aallokkokoski and mighty Jyrävä waterfall. After a short drive we arrive to Oulanka Visitor Center where exhibition and short film shows us more about the wildlife, plants and geology of Oulanka National Park. Then it is time to walk to Kiutaköngäs waterfall.
Duration is 9 hours. During the day we walk about 9km. We have one longer lunchbreak and one coffee break by the fire.
