Though I have been teaching Yoga for the last five years, it has been an extremely important part of my life for a long time. My wellness journey started from Classical Pilates training (matwork & props, reformer, chair) and then I continued on my studies in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Therapeutic Elements and Yoga props (RYT 500).
Wishing to deepen my knowledge and experience in the world of holistic practices, I also studied Angelic Reiki Healing and Spineworks and to this day, I am attending numerous seminars and workshops.
For me, practicing Yoga is more than just performing asanas on the mat. It means to live life with an open heart, something I strive to teach in every yoga session.
