Hike at Douro valley: We will hike/walk through the vineyards in Douro valley until the amazing Pinhão village trough the amazing scenario of the Douro Valley Vineyards, wine region which is the only wine region in the world which is world heritage site by UNESCO.
On our way we will have a picnic in an amazing spot, just in the middle of the vines. We’ll visit Quinta da Roeda winery, one of the most beautiful wineries in Douro Valley, after the picnic for Port wine tasting.
The hike will continue after the picnic, offering stunning views of the Valley vineyards, until we reach Pinhão train station.
The 9 Km hike is easy to medium for those who can walk 10 km.
Pinhão is where the hike ends and a 1-hour boat cruise is available for €10 per person (optional).
