• If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made. For Puntarenas the Pick Up place is inside the pier, close to Gangway. There you will see our staff holding a sign with your name on it. All our tour guides wear a Green Color Polo Uniform and a Greenway Flag is very visible. For Puerto Caldera the pick up is Main Entrance of the pier. It is a short distance from the pier and mostly of the time there is a free shuttle bus service. • Please note that in Costa Rica there is some confusion about ship time versus local time. Please check with the reception to clarify whether your ship changes its time to local time so you don’t miss your excursion. As each ship is ruled by its captain, it is your responsibility to confirm this while you are sailing. • If you ship will arrive late, no worries. All our Shore Excursions are operated accordingly with the ship´s schedules. In case a ship delay, the pick-up time will be 30 minutes after ship arrival and our staff will wait for you. If the Ship changes port at last minute, no worries.
