During this course you will deepen some of the basics of yoga, working a lot on the balance in the water.

Yoga lesson and the sea: it’s all about balance and deep connection with nature

The first part of the lesson will take place on land, where you will start to work on the breath and on the positions (asana) you will practice during the practical lesson in the water. Then you will take the board and will experiment with these positions in the water. Even the final relaxation phase will take place at sea in order to meditate more deeply, thanks to the undulating wave movement.

We remind you that in the absence of these documents it will not be possible to participate in the activity and no refund will be made.
