Your tour guide and certified SUP instructor (by IOSUP), will provide you with all the basic techniques before we go to the ocean and show you all the rules and safety points, then give you a new view of the Algarve coast along a route through Benagil. Get ready to discover incredible and secret areas where you can only enter by sea.

Explore the Benagil cave, also known as Algar de Benagil, which is probably the most famous of all the sea caves in and around the Algarve. And yes, it is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. The only way to stop and explore is by Paddle. However, there is much more to see along the Algarve coast than just Algar de Benagil – the entire coastline is beautiful and filled with impressive caves, tunnels and cliffs.

Is there any minimum age limit?
Yes, the minimum is 8 years. There is no maximum limit, it is only recommended that a person only makes a reservation if they feel confident in the sea.
What is the maximum number of people per tour?
The maximum number of people per tour is 8. For a larger group, we ask that you contact us in advance, in order to check availability for both parties.
What is necessary/recommended to take with me?
You should wear comfortable clothes to be in the water. As the probability of getting wet is high, we recommend a change of clothes. A hat, sunglasses, a towel, water and protective cream are also recommended.
Is Paddle a safe sport?
Yes, you only need to take one class, so you will have an idea of what this sport is and how it is practiced. On the tour we provide all the necessary equipment, as well as the leash and vest, in order to ensure your safety.
