Rafting & ATVs – We will pick you up from your designated pick up location at the time stated on your voucher. Please note that pick up can take up to 30 minutes.Your adventure starts only 15 minutes away from Reykjavík. You will arrive to our ATV base camp for a security briefing and demonstration. Once we are all ready, we´ll jump on to our ATV´s and drive along the Hafrafell mountain and all the way to the top, where you will enjoy stunning view of Reykjavík capital area and Esja mountain.
Afterward, we return to our base camp, prepare for pickup, and are driven to Drumbó Basecamp along the Hvítá River. We gear up for rafting on the white water river of Hvítá. We raft for 7 kilometers and at one point participants get to jump from a cliff into the river. Included in the package is the opportunity to enjoy a shower and sauna session after the rafting experience.
Participants bear the responsibility for all adventure trips undertaken. Arctic Adventures does not assume any responsibility for accidents which are caused by its customers or can be traced to there own actions. Participants have to sign a waiver before undertaking all trips stating that they realize that all outdoor activities carry an inherent risk.
