Private Boat Tour To Benagil Cave

Security rules:

• Remain seated during the entire trip;
• When getting on and off the boat, ask the crew for assistance;
• In caves, always stay inside the boat;
• The use of a life jacket is mandatory;
• It is not allowed to leave the boat inside the caves;
• Respect the crew's instructions.

Terms and conditions:

• It is advisable to wear clothes and clothing suitable for the season;
• Check-in for the tour must be done 30 minutes before the tour time, at the kiosk in Portimão marina;
• The company is not responsible for the like (personal goods and objects), nor for personal accidents;
• The company reserves the right to cancel any tour due to weather conditions;
• The firing of individual vests due to negligence has a cost to the customer of €90;
• Any employee may ask for the identification of children to verify their age.
• The vessel's Skipper reserves the right to cancel the tour at its own discretion, taking into
• into account the safety conditions of the vessel, crew and customers on board.

Authorization for Capture and Assignment of Use of Image

• The customer hereby declares, under the terms and for the purposes of article 79 of the Civil Code, to authorize the Royal Nautic company to capture, reproduce and publicize its image, photographed in the exercise of its functions, for display both on the institutional website, as well as in paper, digital or video support in Portugal and/or abroad.
• This authorization is granted free of charge, covering the use of the aforementioned image throughout the national territory and abroad, for as long as the Royal Nautic company deems convenient.
