She is the main chef at Eumelia, leading farm-to-table cooking classes, olive oil and wine tastings. Holding a WSET Diploma (Level 3) and certification as an Olive Oil & Olive Sommelier from Kalamata Olive Oil Taste Laboratory T.E.I. Peloponnese, she speaks English, French, and Greek.
