After this explosive starting it will only go better, it’s now time to taste a huge mouthwatering “tagliere” of pecorino cheese and cured meat choosing the perfect wine to enhance the flavors, then let’s try the traditional vegetable and tomatoes soup also matched with the most proper wine; it’s now time to indulge our sweet tooth, have you ever heard of the sweet fried bread?

At the end of such a culinary outstanding experience 2 things cannot be missed: a refreshing artisanal ice-cream and a strong espresso coffee.
