Firstly, you will start to make homemade gelato using all ingredients and tools needed. After that, you will proceed to make your own pasta from flour and eggs. The chef will explain the difference between egg pasta and normal pasta, bringing your attention to the consistency of the pasta sheet and to the cut. In fact, he will show you various types of cuts, from tagliolini, the tiny one, to pappardelle, the largest. When the class will be finished, you will choose your pasta sauce (carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe, alfredo etc.).
