After a wonderful and guided stroll through Vinolio’s vineyards, we enjoy a picturesque drive to the family owned Manousakis Winery to learn about their wines, history, and philosophy. Taste 5 wines paired with olive oil, Cretan bread, and sea salt under their beautiful pergolas.

Underneath the majestic Monastery, is the boutique winery of Vinolio. The stone built space includes a cellar, shop and a museum of wine and agricultural equipment used in the old days.
Enjoy a tasting of 4 wines and olive oil with professional commentary by the winemakers or winery guide in the cellar and at the vineyards surrounding the property.
Next stop, we’ll be visiting the beautiful family-owned Manousakis Winery to taste another 5 types of wine served and presented by the winery’s staff. Your wines will be paired with olive oil, Cretan bread, and salt.
