Around The Island Tour – Two Days Tour – Discovering the West Coast of Madeira, we start with a visit to Câmara de Lobos following Cabo Girão, 580m high, famous for its suspended glass platform. We continue to the towns of Ribeira Brava, Ponta de Sol where there is one of the most beautiful banana plantations. To reach Paul da Serra, a climb awaits us, followed by a delightful short walk to enjoy the surroundings.

We make a stop at Porto Moniz, allowing our guests to enjoy lunch and experience the natural pools.

Returning to Funchal, we passed by Véu da Noiva (Viewpoint) making the return to Funchal through São Vicente.

On the way back, we make a stop in the Encumeada area to savor the famous local drink, poncha. It’s a delightful blend of Madeira cane spirit, lemon juice, and honey.

The East Island Tour is characterized by culture, history and beautiful scenery along the mountains and sea. The traditional houses built with thatched roofs and the wicker basket factory that are part of the origin of all our history and evolution. Also passing through nature is the stop at one of the highest mountains, Pico do Arieiro and then the short walk in Ribeiro Frio to the Balconies where you can have a view of the three highest mountains. The tour will end by passing through Ponta de São Lourenço and Machico. Thus returning to the city of Funchal
