Leuven is a city in the province of Flemish Brabant, in Belgium. It is located about 20 kilometers east of Brussels, and is home to the oldest Catholic university in the world, the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. The city has a rich history, and is known for its beautiful architecture, including the St. Peter’s Church and the Town Hall. There are also many parks and green spaces in Leuven, such as the Park Abbey, which is home to the Abbey of Park, a 12th-century Cistercian abbey.
