Are the activities on this platform the responsibility of toursxplorer.com?
No. Each operator is responsible for the contents displayed here. Among others, the following items are covered: texts; images; prices; availabilities; civil responsability; etc.
Does toursxplorer.com have kiosks at meeting points?
toursxplorer.com has activities available in dozens of countries through its partners. On the vouchers we issue when a reservation is made, the name of the operator as well as his contacts and location are indicated. The operator's logo is also displayed on the voucher to help identify the kiosk or counter that the voucher holder should go to.
A map with the coordinates of the meeting point will also be displayed to minimize gaps.
If I can't go on my scheduled tour date and time, can I request a date and time change?
As a general rule the answer will be YES.
However, each operator defines its rules. There is no general rule that adapts to the majority of our partner operators.

Will I be able to pay for my reservation at the meeting point?
Not. Never. We only guarantee your reservation after it has actually been paid for. This will have to be done online through the payment systems provided for this purpose.
If weather conditions or other conditions defined or imposed by the tour operator make it impossible to carry out the tour I booked, will I be able to request a refund of my payment?
Yes, whenever this happens, you can reschedule your tour or request a refund.
Refunds are always and only made through the same method used to make the payment.
The time it takes for you to see this refund reflected on your statement will depend solely on your bank. Normally this occurs between 5 to 10 days after the refund.
Will I be able to bring bags, backpacks, animals, food, drink or other specific personal items for the tours?
