Srisatchanalai Historical Park is located on the bank of the Yom River in the town of Srisatchanalai, Thailand. The ruins of this ancient town that was formerly called “Muang Chaliang” contain more than 134 monuments from the Sukhothai and Ayutthaya Periods. The park is a popular tourist destination for its historical value and beautiful scenery. The Srisatchanalai Historical Park is also home to the Doi Inthanon National Park, which is Thailand’s highest mountain. Visitors to the park can enjoy hiking, bird watching, and camping.
