Routes range from 2 hours (16 km) to 6 hours (36 km). The times indicated are maximums; you may complete any route faster at your own pace.
Meeting Point
The activity starts to the left of the Sete Cidades football field. Transfer service is not available; participants must arrange their own transport to and from the meeting point.
What to Bring
Wear comfortable clothes and footwear. Trails may be wet and muddy, so waterproof and windproof layers are strongly recommended. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a water bottle, a snack or energy bar, and a small backpack for your belongings.

If the activity is cancelled due to adverse weather, participants may reschedule, switch to another available itinerary, or receive a full refund.
Accessibility
A minimum height of 150 cm is required to use the electric bicycle. Children meeting the height requirement are welcome; please inform the operator of all riders' heights in advance.
Age Range
Open to participants of all ages provided the 150 cm minimum height requirement is met. Children's bicycles (standard) are available; electric versions for children are coming soon.

Is wearing a helmet compulsory? ▼
Yes. Portuguese legislation requires helmets to be worn during cycling activities. Helmets are provided for all participants at no extra cost.
Are children's bicycles available? ▼
Yes, standard bicycles are available for children who are at least 150 cm tall. Please notify the operator of all riders' heights when booking so the correct bicycle size can be prepared. Electric bicycles for younger riders are expected to become available in the future.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day? ▼
If the activity is cancelled due to poor weather conditions, you will be offered the option to reschedule, switch to a different itinerary, or receive a full refund.
Is a transfer service available to the meeting point? ▼
