1. How will the recipient receive the Gift Card? The Gift Card is digital. It will be sent via email to the address you provide at checkout. You can send it directly to the recipient or to yourself to present it later.
2. How long is the Gift Card valid? Your gift is meant to be enjoyed! ToursXplorer Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, giving the recipient plenty of time to plan their perfect adventure.
3. Can the Gift Card be used for any tour or activity? Yes! The card acts as credit and can be applied to any experience, tour, or activity available on the ToursXplorer website across all our featured destinations.
4. What if the tour costs more (or less) than the Gift Card value? If the total exceeds the card value, the recipient can simply pay the difference at checkout. If the tour costs less, the remaining balance stays on the card for their next booking.
5. Can I use multiple Gift Cards for one booking? Currently, our system only accepts one Gift Card code per booking. If you have multiple cards and would like to combine them for a single large purchase, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you manually.
6. Is the Gift Card refundable? Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. However, they are fully transferable—so if the recipient can't use it, they can pass the adventure on to a friend!
