How the Experience Unfolds

Arrival and Welcome at the Lagoa Azul
Meet your guide on the left side of the football field in Sete Cidades, just a short walk from the lake shore. The guide will introduce the plan for the session and answer any questions before you get started.

Safety Briefing and Equipment Distribution
A thorough safety briefing is conducted on dry land, covering water rules, equipment use, and emergency procedures. Each participant is fitted with a life vest and assigned a SUP board and paddle.
