4 Days Amazon Jungle Adventure Tour from Manaus
Live among the trees, fish the rivers, and spend a night under the jungle canopy.
This Amazon jungle adventure tour takes you deep into the Brazilian rainforest over four immersive days, departing by speedboat from Manaus and ending with a true overnight camping experience in the wild.
From piranha fishing in winding creeks to guided walks through towering old-growth forest, each day reveals a different layer of Amazonian life. Bilingual guides accompany the group at every stage, sharing knowledge of medicinal plants, local farming traditions, and the ecosystems that make the Amazon one of the most biodiverse places on earth.
A visit to a Caboclo community offers rare insight into the people who have called this region home for generations. On night three, guests who choose the jungle camping option will sleep in hammocks surrounded by the sounds of howler monkeys and nocturnal wildlife, an experience that few itineraries outside of this region can replicate.

Day-by-Day Itinerary
Depart Manaus by speedboat, cross the Rio Negro to Cacau Pirera, and continue by car and motorized canoe to the jungle lodge approximately 75 km from the city. After lunch, head out on a canoe trip through small creeks for piranha fishing, followed by a nocturnal expedition to observe caimans and other wildlife.
After breakfast, join a 2.5-hour guided educational walk through the high-altitude rainforest, where the guide explains the properties of medicinal plants and the significance of the towering tree species found here. In the afternoon, paddle through narrow Igarapes or flooded Igapos depending on the season, exploring waterways inaccessible by motorized craft.
Begin the day with an early sunrise tour before visiting the home of Caboclo natives, who share their traditional farming methods and way of life with visitors. After lunch, depart for overnight jungle camping, where guides demonstrate sustainable rainforest survival techniques and wildlife observation continues into the evening.
Enjoy breakfast in the jungle, followed by a final walk before trekking back to the lodge. After lunch, there is free time to swim in the Rio Negro before the group travels back to Manaus, arriving in the late afternoon.
