• Pick up in Ponta Delgada
  Morning pick up between approximately 8:30 and 8:50 in or near your accommodation in Ponta Delgada. Meet your certified guides and drive around 45 minutes to the northeast of São Miguel.
• Ribeira dos Caldeirões – Briefing and Gear Up
  Arrive at Ribeira dos Caldeirões Natural Park, receive your wetsuit, harness, helmet, neoprene socks and canyoning boots. Short 15 minute walk to the first stop for an initial safety briefing.
• Ascent and Rappel Practice
  Continue hiking uphill, stopping for a second safety briefing and rappel demonstration. Learn the techniques you will use in the waterfalls, then walk about 10 more minutes to the start of the canyon.
• Canyoning Descent
