Upon entering the park, visitors receive access to the full thermal circuit. The amphitheater layout means the highest terraces offer the widest panoramic views and serve as a natural starting point.
Move between ten pools at varying temperatures, from warm introductory baths at around 30 degrees Celsius to hotter therapeutic pools reaching 40 degrees. Each pool is positioned on a different terrace amid Mediterranean vegetation.
The natural rock sauna and adjacent calidarium use volcanic thermal energy for a deep heat experience. Both are traditionally followed by a cold seawater shower to stimulate circulation.
Descend to the private bay via the terraced path. The equipped pier provides safe entry into clear Mediterranean water directly from the park grounds.
