The first navigational stop brings the group to Citara Bay, a wide and scenic inlet framed by the dramatic cliffs of Punta Imperatore. The bay is located directly below the Poseidon Gardens, the largest thermal park on Ischia, and offers a striking view from the water.
The route continues to the ancient fishing village of Sant'Angelo in the municipality of Serrara Fontana, celebrated for its multicolored houses and calm, clear sea. From there, the boat heads to Sgarrupata Bay, one of the island's most visually striking coastal formations, where sheer volcanic cliffs meet traditional island vegetation including Biancolella and Forastera vines.
The tour passes by the iconic Aragonese Castle, a fortified complex built on a natural islet connected to the main island by a stone causeway. It served as a strategic defense post for centuries and today ranks among Ischia's most visited historical monuments.
