A full refund or credit is given with 24 hours notice of cancellation, and also if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances; no-shows are charged in full. Guests should wear comfortable clothing and shoes, bring a swimsuit, a towel and sunscreen, and arrive 15 minutes before departure. The activity depends on weather and sea conditions, and guests will be told in advance if conditions require cancellation.
