Shared Group: Brazilian Falls with Boat Tour and Tickets Included
Walk the rainforest trails, feel the spray of the falls, and ride a motorized boat through the rapids of the Iguaçu River.
The Brazilian side of Iguaçu Falls offers a perspective found nowhere else on Earth, placing visitors face-to-face with one of the most powerful waterfalls systems on the planet. This shared small-group tour combines fast-track park entry, a guided trail walk, and the celebrated Macuco Safari boat tour into a single well-organized half-day. With no more than 20 participants per group, the experience stays personal and unhurried.
From the moment your guide picks you up at your hotel, the day is designed to maximize time inside the park and minimize logistical friction. Park and boat tickets are fully included, so there is no need to queue at ticket counters or navigate unfamiliar payment systems. A qualified, bilingual guide accompanies the group throughout, offering context about the ecology, geology, and wildlife of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Brazilian side is widely regarded as wilder and richer in wildlife than its Argentine counterpart. Coatis roam freely along the trails, and the forest canopy hosts a notable variety of tropical birds. The trail itself is approximately 1.2 kilometres long, well maintained, and laid out to offer multiple vantage points of the cascading water before the boat excursion raises the intensity of the visit considerably.

Itinerary
Your guide meets you at your hotel for a comfortable transfer to the entrance of Iguaçu National Park. Travel time varies depending on your accommodation location within the city.
Fast-track tickets bypass the general queue at the entrance. Once inside, the group boards a park shuttle bus to the starting point of the falls trail, where the guide provides an orientation briefing.
The guided walk follows a well-maintained 1.2-kilometre path that runs parallel to the falls, passing a series of lookout points with increasing views of the cascades. The route culminates at the Devil's Throat overlook, the most dramatic vantage point on the Brazilian side.
The Macuco Safari begins with a 3-kilometre ride through Atlantic rainforest on an open wagon pulled by a Jeep. The guide offers commentary on the park's ecology, native tree species, and the wildlife visible from the track.
After a short walk through the jungle, the group boards a motorized boat for a thrilling ride through the river rapids and directly toward the base of the falls. Participants will get wet, and waterproof bags are recommended for cameras and personal items.
Following the boat tour, the group returns to the park entrance for the transfer back to hotels in Foz do Iguaçu. A lunch stop is not included, but food kiosks and snack services are available within the park.
