Departing from Marques de Pombal Square, the group travels to Sintra to visit the Palace of Pena, followed by free time to explore the town's shops and traditional bakeries offering queijadas and travesseiros. The afternoon takes in the Colares wine region, Cabo da Roca, Guincho beach, and the coastal town of Cascais, returning to Lisbon along the scenic Estoril Coast. After breakfast, the route heads north to Obidos, where whitewashed houses and medieval walls set a striking scene, before continuing to the Monastery of Alcobaca, a UNESCO site housing the tombs of D. Pedro and D. Ines de Castro. Lunch is served in the fishing village of Nazare, followed by visits to the Batalha Monastery Church and the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima, where the Basilica and Chapel of Apparitions form the heart of this world pilgrimage site. Crossing the Tagus river bridge, the group travels through cork oak groves and vineyards to Evora, a UNESCO World Heritage city where key monuments include the Roman Temple, the Cathedral, St. Francis Church with its Chapel of Bones, and the historic University.
