Sightseeing Lisbon Cruise (Private) — 2-Hour Tagus River Sailboat Tour
Discover Lisbon's iconic waterfront from the deck of a private sailboat, wine in hand and the city spread before you.
A private Lisbon sailboat cruise on the Tagus River offers a perspective of the Portuguese capital that no walking tour or bus ride can replicate. Over two unhurried hours, you glide past centuries of architecture, from ancient watchtowers to contemporary cultural centers, all framed by the wide estuary that has defined the city's identity for millennia.
Lisbon is a city that turns its face to the water, and many of its most celebrated landmarks reveal their full grandeur only from the river. The Belem Tower, the Monument to the Discoveries, and the sweeping arc of the 25th of April Bridge take on entirely new dimensions when viewed from the deck of a sailing vessel moving gently with the current.
This tour is designed for small private groups of up to twelve people, ensuring a relaxed, crowd-free experience. A knowledgeable skipper navigates the route and provides commentary on the monuments, the history of the city, and the stories behind each landmark along the way.
Both sailboat options depart from well-marked meeting points along the Lisbon waterfront, with a welcome drink served on board to set the tone for the journey ahead.

The cruise continues toward the 25th of April Bridge, offering dramatic views of the suspension structure and the Christ statue on the Almada hillside across the water.
Sailing back eastward, the tour passes Commerce Square, the Alfama district, the National Pantheon, and Santa Apolonia, as well as the Pontal de Cacilhas and the Ponto Final restaurant on the opposite bank.
