Route Overview
Check in at the meeting point next to Pedro's Bar, where a staff member in a blue Sétima Onda t-shirt will greet you. Please arrive 20 minutes before departure.
The boat heads west along the coast, passing several sheltered coves and limestone cliffs that define this stretch of the Algarve. Your captain will point out geological features and local history along the way.
Marinha Beach is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe, and from the water its full scale becomes clear. Albandeira and Barranquinho offer quieter scenes and striking rock formations.
The tour reaches its centrepiece: the Benagil Cave, a sea cave with a natural skylight and golden sand floor visible from the boat's position at its entrance. This is one of the most recognisable natural sites in all of Portugal.
The boat returns to Armação de Pêra, completing a coastal loop that covers some of the Algarve's most rewarding scenery. Disembarkation is at the same beach as departure.
