How the Session Unfolds
Arrive at the Galé Beach car park at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Your instructor will meet you at the meeting point to complete check-in and distribute equipment.
Participants are fitted with a wetsuit and assigned a surfboard appropriate to their size and experience level. Instructors carry out a brief safety and equipment briefing on the beach.
The session begins on dry sand with stretching and a practical introduction to paddling position, pop-up technique, and basic wave awareness. This land phase gives participants a clear foundation before entering the water.
Participants move into the water with instructor guidance, practising paddling, catching waves, and standing technique in real conditions. Instructors provide continuous feedback adapted to each person's progress.
The session concludes with a cool-down and a brief review of the skills covered. Equipment is returned to the instructors at the beach meeting point.
