Arrive at Benagil Beach at least thirty minutes before your scheduled departure and locate the Blue Xperiences team near the Benagil Beach Bar. Guides will fit life jackets, distribute boards, and walk participants through paddling technique and safety procedures.

The group launches from the shore and begins moving along the base of the coastal cliffs almost immediately. Early stops include smaller arches and tunnels that larger boat tours bypass entirely.

Participants paddle into the famous domed interior of Benagil Cave from the water, viewing the oculus opening above from their boards. Current local regulations prohibit landing on the cave's inner beach, so the experience takes place entirely on the water.

The guide leads the group through a sequence of lesser-known formations, including the Lovers Cave and Turtle Cave, pausing at each to describe the geological and cultural history of the site. This section provides the best photography opportunities of the tour.

The group paddles back to Benagil Beach, where guides assist with equipment return and share the digital photo album with participants. The full session, including the safety briefing and equipment setup, runs approximately two hours from arrival.
