The tour begins at Þingvellir, where the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates meet above ground. Your guide will lead you through the Almannagjá gorge, past Öxaráfoss waterfall, and along the shores of Þingvallavatn, Iceland's largest natural lake.

At Gullfoss, the Hvítá river drops in a powerful three-stage cascade into a rugged canyon. The site carries a conservation legacy tied to Sólveig Tómasdóttir, whose efforts prevented its industrial exploitation in the early 20th century.

The Haukadalur valley hosts the Geysir geothermal field, where Strokkur erupts with regularity. The original Geysir, which gave its name to all geysers worldwide, remains largely dormant but still shapes the landscape around it.

Kerið is a volcanic crater formed around 3,000 years ago, notable for its contrast of red and black rock against the blue-green lake at its base. A path around the rim offers panoramic views of the surrounding lava fields.

The day concludes with a relaxing soak in the Secret Lagoon, Iceland's oldest geothermal pool, in operation since 1891. Bubbling hot springs and a small active geyser surround the naturally heated pool, creating a tranquil close to the journey.
