Harvest Time: Educational Farm in the Vineyard
A hands-on grape harvest adventure for children, rooted in tradition and surrounded by nature.
This educational vineyard experience for children offers a genuine encounter with ancient winemaking traditions, set within a working organic farm. Young visitors discover the full arc of the harvest, from vine to juice, in a calm and welcoming outdoor setting.
Led by a local farmer, the guided walk through the vineyard introduces children to the history and culture of the territory, explaining how generations of families have cultivated grapes using techniques passed down over centuries. The walk is paced for young visitors, with clear explanations and plenty of opportunities to observe and ask questions.
The highlight of the morning is the safe, hands-on grape pressing, where children can feel the grapes beneath their feet and take part in one of agriculture's most memorable rituals. The experience closes with a BIO marenda, an organic outdoor snack featuring homemade focaccia and fresh fruit juice, enjoyed directly in the vineyard.
The entire outing is designed to foster a meaningful connection between children and the land, offering an alternative to screen-based entertainment and urban routines. Parents and accompanying adults will find the setting equally rewarding, with the vineyard providing a peaceful and photogenic backdrop throughout.
