This day is designed for a calm pace and a great mix of activity and relaxation. You begin with a tour in the surroundings of our farm, then ride for around 2.5 to 3 hours through lava fields and meadows, soaking up the open landscapes and the steady rhythm of the Icelandic horse.

After the ride, you will enjoy a light lunch at our comfortable Hotel Eldhestar. Next, we take you to Hveragerði’s excellent swimming pool, where you can soften up in warm geothermal water in the hot pot, or relax in the steam sauna. The program ends back at our farm with coffee and home-baked cake.

This tour is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced. During the booking process, you will be asked about your riding experience so we can choose the right horse for you. Beginners and experienced riders ride together, and we always try to tölt as much as possible, but we do not gallop for safety reasons.
