Benagil Caves Guided Kayak Tour from Algarve Coast

Before you go

This experience runs for 1.5 hours and departs from Benagil Beach, suitable for travellers aged 4 to 80. A basic level of physical fitness is required to paddle, and pregnant women cannot take part; it is also not recommended for anyone with chronic back or neck issues or recent surgery within the last 6 months. Children aged 5 to 12 must share a double kayak with an adult. Groups are limited to six kayaks per guide. Tours are available in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese, all delivered in person. Please arrive 30 minutes before departure, and bring a swimsuit or beachwear, a towel, drinking water and a small snack or fruit; eco-friendly sunblock is also recommended. Access to sand inside Benagil Cave depends on maritime authority regulations and current safety guidelines. Sea conditions may lead to cancellation or rescheduling; if the operator cancels for unsafe conditions and rescheduling is not possible, a full refund is given.
