Barcelona Sunset Private Sailing with Live Spanish Guitar and Open Bar
Drift into the golden hour on the Mediterranean with music, drinks, and the Barcelona skyline as your backdrop.
This Barcelona sunset sailing experience brings together the calm of the open sea, the warmth of a setting sun, and the soul of live Spanish guitar on a private boat built for no more than eight guests.
Departing from the iconic Olympic Marina, the boat sails along the coastline as the sky transitions from deep blue to amber and crimson. The skyline of Barcelona, framed by the Mapfre Tower and the Hotel Arts, becomes a natural spectacle viewed from the water.
An experienced skipper handles navigation throughout the trip, allowing guests to relax fully. Free drinks and light snacks are provided on board, and a live guitarist performs throughout the journey, adding a layer of ambiance that sets this outing apart from a standard boat ride.
The route passes landmarks rooted in Barcelona's maritime history, including Port Vell and the waterfront shaped by the 1992 Olympic Games. The combination of architecture, sea air, and music creates an atmosphere that is both relaxed and memorable.

How the Experience Unfolds
Guests gather at the Olympic Marina in the Vila Olimpica neighbourhood, a site purpose-built for the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games. The marina's entrance is visible across much of the city's waterfront.
The skipper welcomes the private group aboard and provides a brief safety orientation. The boat departs along the Barcelona coastline as the light begins to shift toward sunset tones.
Once under sail, the Spanish guitarist begins performing, and guests are invited to enjoy drinks and light snacks from the open bar. The combination of sea breeze and live melody sets the tone for the remainder of the trip.
The route offers views of Port Vell, the Mapfre Tower, the Hotel Arts, and Frank Gehry's 56-metre fish sculpture that has become one of Barcelona's most recognized post-Olympic landmarks. The Gran Casino de Barcelona is also visible along the waterfront.
As the sun approaches the horizon, the light transforms the sea and skyline into shades of gold and red. This is the centrepiece moment of the journey, best experienced from the open deck of the boat.
The skipper navigates the boat back to the Olympic Marina as twilight settles over the city. Guests disembark with access to the surrounding waterfront area of the Olympic Marina.
