Istanbul, Cappadocia, Konya, Pamukkale & Ephesus
A fully guided journey through Turkey's most iconic landscapes, ancient cities, and living traditions
This 8-day Turkey mini group tour connects Istanbul's imperial skyline, the surreal rock valleys of Cappadocia, the sacred city of Konya, the white travertine terraces of Pamukkale, and the ancient ruins of Ephesus in a single, carefully structured itinerary. Domestic flights between Istanbul and Cappadocia, and from Izmir back to Istanbul, are included. With a maximum of ten participants, every step of the journey receives a level of attention that larger group tours cannot match.
Accommodation ranges from centrally located boutique hotels in Istanbul and Kusadasi to authentic cave hotels carved into the volcanic rock of Cappadocia and a thermal hotel in Pamukkale, where guests can swim in mineral-rich pools until late evening. Each property has been selected for its location and character rather than generic comfort alone.
The guiding throughout this program is fully professional and continuous from arrival to departure. Sites visited include a World Heritage UNESCO complex at Ephesus, rock-cut Byzantine churches in the Goreme Open Air Museum, the Mausoleum of Mevlana in Konya, and the Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia in Istanbul. The itinerary balances archaeology, natural wonders, and cultural heritage without overloading any single day.
Reverse routing from Istanbul through Cappadocia to Pamukkale and Ephesus before returning to Istanbul is possible subject to flight and hotel availability, making this program adaptable for travelers with specific scheduling needs.
