Ephesus and Pamukkale Tour From Istanbul
Two of Turkey's most iconic destinations, expertly combined into one seamless journey.
This Ephesus and Pamukkale tour from Istanbul is designed for travelers who want to experience the very best of Turkey within a compact and well-organized itinerary. All logistics — from airport transfers to domestic flights and guided site visits — are handled so you can focus entirely on discovery.
Ephesus stands as one of the most complete ancient cities in the world, offering a rare chance to walk through marble streets that once echoed with the footsteps of Roman citizens and early Christian pilgrims. The site carries centuries of layered history, from Greek foundations to Byzantine transformations.
Pamukkale presents one of the most unusual natural landscapes on earth, where mineral-rich thermal waters have cascaded over limestone terraces for millennia. The adjacent ruins of Hierapolis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, add a profound historical dimension to the natural spectacle.

Itinerary
Your guide arranges a hotel pickup in Istanbul and transfers you to either Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport depending on flight availability. The domestic flight operates with Turkish Airlines or Pegasus Airlines in economy class, with a combined baggage allowance of up to 23 kg.
Upon landing at Izmir Airport, your guide and driver will meet you for the transfer to Ephesus. The ancient city offers an exceptional journey through Roman-era architecture, sacred Christian sites, and the nearby Isa Bey Mosque, which served as a caravanserai in the 19th century after falling into partial ruin.
After a full afternoon of exploration in and around Ephesus, the group transfers to a hotel in Kusadasi for an overnight stay. This Aegean coastal town provides a comfortable base before the early morning drive south toward Pamukkale.
Following breakfast, the group departs for Pamukkale, approximately a three-hour drive with short stops along the way. The visit covers both the iconic white travertine terraces and the vast archaeological zone of Hierapolis, where thermal baths have attracted visitors since at least the 2nd century BC.
After completing the Pamukkale visit, the group transfers to the nearest airport for the return flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival, a driver will meet you and return you to your hotel, marking the end of the tour service.
