Tour Itinerary
The tour begins at Haukafell Camping in the early afternoon. After settling in and meeting the group, Sindri leads the first photography session to nearby coastal and glacier viewpoints, making use of the afternoon and evening light.
On the first or second evening, participants are invited to Sindri's home in Höfn for a meal prepared by his wife, Fanney. This informal gathering offers a personal introduction to local life along the southeast coast.
The second day covers the glacier lagoon, the black-sand diamond beach, and the tucked-away waterfalls of Bergárfoss and Skútafoss. Early morning sessions take advantage of the quietest and most photogenic conditions at each site.
A guided glacier walk is included, with all safety equipment provided. This section of the tour allows participants to photograph ice textures and formations from within the glacier environment.
The final day includes photography at Stokksnes, the Höfn coastline with its distant glacier views, and any remaining priority locations. The tour concludes at Haukafell Camping in the late afternoon.
