Led by Rosa, the company's founder and producer, you will explore the scents and flavours that have shaped Sardinian tradition for centuries. The experience runs all year round, with tasting offerings adapting to the season.
Sardinia's interior highlands shelter an extraordinary variety of wild plants, from mountain thyme and wild fennel to myrtle, juniper and helichrysum. During this experience, you will learn to identify each plant by scent and discover how they are harvested, processed and transformed into distinctive local products. Rosa shares the production philosophy that balances innovative techniques with deep respect for age-old Sardinian customs.
At the heart of the visit is a guided tasting session where six herb liqueurs and, between October and May, a selection of artisan chocolates are served. The chocolates range from milk chocolate truffles filled with myrtle or thyme liqueur to dark chocolate bars with puffed rice and cherry-spirit fillings. Participants who prefer alcohol-free options will be served a house-made herbal tea and, in the cooler season, liquor-free chocolates.
At the end of the experience, visitors have the opportunity to purchase products on site, taking home a genuine taste of Sardinia's mountain landscape. The farm setting and hands-on sensory format make this a distinctive alternative to standard food tours on the island.

Experience Itinerary
On arrival, you will be welcomed at the production farm in Laconi and given a brief introduction to the philosophy behind the artisan operation. Rosa will outline the role of wild Sardinian plants in local culinary tradition.
You will embark on a guided sensory tour exploring the essential oils and raw aromatic plants used in production. Mountain thyme, wild fennel, myrtle, juniper and helichrysum will be introduced through sight and scent.
Rosa will share the techniques used to harvest and process each plant, explaining how traditional knowledge is combined with contemporary production methods. This section provides context for the tasting that follows.
Participants aged 18 and over will taste six herb liqueurs: thyme, fennel, juniper, helichrysum, myrtle and chocolate liqueur. Alcohol-free guests will be offered a house-made herbal tea prepared with the same aromatic plants.
During the cooler months, a range of artisan chocolates is served alongside the liqueurs. Varieties include milk chocolate truffles, dark chocolate with herb fillings, puffed rice bars and chocolates with cherry in spirit. Liquor-free versions are available on request.
The session concludes with the opportunity to browse and purchase products directly from the farm. Guests leave with a selection of Sardinian chocolates or liqueurs to enjoy at home.
