Guided by experienced instructors, you will learn the fundamentals of rock climbing at accessible routes chosen for their natural beauty and manageable challenge level. Three distinct routes are tackled throughout the day, each offering its own perspective over the limestone cliffs and turquoise waters of the Arrabida Natural Park.
The day is designed as a complete experience, not just a climbing lesson. Snacks and drinks are provided throughout to maintain energy on the trail, while a proper picnic lunch is served at the beach beneath the cliffs, with time to swim or snorkel in the protected waters of the Arrabida Marine Reserve.
The afternoon concludes with a scenic drive to a panoramic viewpoint on the ridge of the mountain, where the full sweep of the Atlantic Ocean and the Natural Park unfolds before you. The group marks the occasion with a toast using homemade liquor wine, a fitting close to a full day on the coast.

Work through three natural climbing routes on accessible sections of the Arrabida cliffs. Each route is chosen to build on the previous one while delivering views over the Atlantic from the rock face.
Descend to the beach for a prepared picnic lunch at the foot of the cliffs, with snacks and drinks supplied throughout the morning to keep the group fuelled.
Take free time at the beach to swim or snorkel in the Arrabida Marine Reserve, one of the most protected and biodiverse marine areas on the Portuguese coast.
