Itinerary Overview
Your tour manager meets you at Cairo International Airport, assists with your entry visa, and transfers you by private air-conditioned vehicle to your five-star hotel. The evening is free to settle in, and a welcome drink is provided on arrival.
A full day of sightseeing begins at the Giza Plateau with the Great Pyramids, the Sphinx, the Valley Temple, and the Solar Boat Museum. After lunch at a local restaurant, the afternoon covers the Egyptian Museum's Tutankhamun treasure room and the historic Khan El Khalili bazaar.
After breakfast and check-out, you fly from Cairo to Luxor and transfer directly to the Oberoi Philae Nile Cruise. The afternoon is spent visiting Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple, with lunch and dinner served on board.
The morning is dedicated to Luxor's West Bank, covering the Valley of the Kings, the temple of Medinet Habu, Deir El Madina, and the Colossi of Memnon. The cruise then sails to Esna, crossing the famous Esna Lock, and a cocktail reception is held on board in the evening.
