Istanbul Bosphorus Dinner Cruise Turkish Night with Private Table
A floating celebration of Turkish culture, cuisine, and the luminous Bosphorus waterfront
The Istanbul Bosphorus Dinner Cruise invites guests to experience the city's most iconic waterway after dark, combining traditional Turkish entertainment with a generous spread of local cuisine. Passengers are seated at a private table aboard a purpose-built cruise vessel as it glides past illuminated palaces, mosques, and two of the world's most recognized suspension bridges.
The route follows the heart of the strait, offering unobstructed views of landmarks that have defined Istanbul's skyline for centuries. Dolmabahce Palace, the Ortakoy Mosque, Rumelihisari Castle, and the Maiden's Tower each appear in succession as the boat moves between the European and Asian shores.
On board, live performers present a rotating program of traditional Turkish dance, including classical folk styles and the widely known belly dance, accompanied by live music and a DJ set. The evening is designed as a complete cultural and culinary outing rather than a simple sightseeing ride.
Unlimited beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are included throughout the cruise. The kitchen serves a broad menu that accommodates meat eaters, seafood lovers, and vegetarians alike, drawing from established Turkish culinary traditions.

What to Expect
Guests board at the designated Bosphorus pier and are shown to their private table. The vessel departs into the strait as the dinner service and welcome drinks begin.
The boat passes the 600-meter facade of Dolmabahce Palace, completed in 1856 in a blend of Baroque, Rococo, and Neoclassical styles. Shortly after, the neo-Baroque Ortakoy Mosque appears, its twin minarets reflected in the water directly beneath the Bosphorus Bridge.
The vessel passes under the First Bosphorus Bridge, which connects Ortakoy on the European side to Beylerbeyi on the Asian side, illuminated by a nightly LED color display. The Second Bosphorus Bridge, named after Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror and completed in 1988, marks the northern turn of the route.
Rumelihisari, a medieval fortress on the European bank, comes into view as the boat moves north. Across the water on the Asian side stands Beylerbeyi Palace, an imperial Ottoman summer residence built in the 1860s just north of the Bosphorus Bridge.
Throughout the cruise, performers present traditional Turkish folk dances, a belly dance showcase, and live musical sets. A DJ maintains the atmosphere between live performances.
The route returns southward past the Maiden's Tower, a historic islet structure at the southern entrance of the Bosphorus near Uskudar. The boat docks at the departure pier at the end of the evening.
