Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into the warm and cozy chalet area. This comfortable lounge serves as the starting point and waiting area before admission into the IceBar itself.
Guests choose their first free drink from a wide selection that includes cocktails, Kölsch beer, warm beverages, and more. This first drink is served in the chalet while waiting for IceBar admission.
Before entering the IceBar, each guest receives a thermal jacket, gloves, and a hat. This gear is provided at no extra cost and ensures a comfortable experience inside the sub-zero environment.
Guests step into the IceBar, where walls, glasses, and artistic installations are all crafted from ice. The centrepiece sculptures recreate iconic Cologne landmarks, including a striking version of the Cologne Cathedral.
