Itinerary
Participants gather at the estate and the owner introduces the history and philosophy of Cantina D'Erasmo. The group then moves outside for a panoramic tour of the organic vineyard, taking in the landscape that frames Ascoli Piceno.
The tour moves indoors to the vinification room, where the guide explains the step-by-step process of transforming harvested grapes into wine. Guests learn about the equipment, methods, and choices that define the D'Erasmo style.
The group descends into the barrique cellar, where wines rest during the ageing process. The owner shares insights into how oak maturation shapes the character of each label.
In the tasting room, the producer serves three glasses of D'Erasmo wines — Offida Pecorino DOCG, Marche Sangiovese IGT, and Marche Rosato IGT — with expert commentary on each. Taralli and breadsticks accompany the tasting as traditional Marche accompaniments.
