Itinerary
Board an executive van or minibus at the Paraty meeting point. The drive to the village of Trindade takes approximately 40 minutes along the Costa Verde coastal road.
Arrive at Cepilho beach, known for its surf conditions and striking coastal scenery. This is a brief stop for photographs before continuing along the shoreline.
Visit the beach known locally as Dos Ranchos, where fishermen's bars sit among natural rock sculptures shaped by the sea. Guests may pre-order lunch here for collection on the return.
Praia do Meio offers calm conditions well suited to bathing. From the far end of this beach, the guided forest trail begins, leading through the Atlantic Forest toward the natural pool.
A formation of coastal rocks creates a sheltered natural pool directly connected to the sea. Guests have approximately one hour to swim, snorkel, and observe the marine life gathered here. An optional aluminum boat provides an alternative return route from Praia do Meio.
After retracing the trail or taking the boat back, guests return through Trindade village. An optional stop at a seafood restaurant facing the sea closes the tour before the drive back to Paraty.
