This guided tour of the Jewish Quarter of Córdoba takes you through narrow medieval lanes, a centuries-old synagogue, and the grand halls of the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, connecting three distinct layers of the city's past in a single outing. The route begins in the heart of Córdoba's former Jewish district, one of the best-preserved medieval Jewish quarters in Spain. You will pass through winding streets and discover hidden corners, including the Souk and a functioning synagogue that dates back to the fourteenth century. Along the way, your guide will introduce you to Maimonides, the philosopher and physician born in Córdoba whose influence extended across Jewish, Islamic, and Christian scholarship.

The second half of the tour moves to the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, a fortress-palace that served as a royal residence and witnessed some of the defining moments of Spanish history. Note: Due to partial closure of the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos until September 12, the visit will include the gardens and the Caliphal Baths of the old Alcázar as an alternative to the interior rooms.
