Participants arrive at Clube Equestre da Lapa at least five minutes before the scheduled check-in time. The check-in desk closes ten minutes after the programmed start, and no delays are tolerated. All participants must present valid identification and a driving licence at the counter.
A mandatory instructional video is shown to all participants before boarding. Safety equipment is then distributed and fitted. This process takes approximately thirty minutes in total.
The convoy of buggies departs from the meeting point and enters the natural trail network of the Serra da Arrábida. The monitor leads the group and maintains communication throughout the route.
