How the Tour Unfolds
Arrive at the XRide office at Albufeira Marina approximately 30 minutes before departure. The team will complete check-in and provide a safety briefing before boarding.
The boat departs from Albufeira Marina and heads along the central Algarve coastline. Passengers take in views of limestone cliffs, arches, and sea stacks that define this stretch of coast.
The cruise reaches the cave area near Benagil, where entry depends on maritime conditions regulated by the port authorities. When open, the boat enters the cave chambers for an up-close look at these natural formations.
The crew actively searches for dolphin pods along the route. Dolphins are wild animals and sightings cannot be guaranteed, though the area is known for regular dolphin activity.
Where sea conditions allow and no passengers are experiencing seasickness, the boat pauses for a brief swim. Passengers are encouraged to bring a swimsuit and towel.
