Albanian Adventure: Rafting, Hiking & Kayaking
Six days across wild rivers, sacred peaks, hidden canyons, and turquoise coastline in one of Europe's last great frontiers.
This Albania multi-activity adventure combines white-water rafting, mountain hiking, and sea kayaking into a single challenging six-day itinerary that crosses the country from its ancient heartland to the Ionian Riviera.
From the UNESCO-listed streets of Berat to the wild banks of the Vjosa River, each day delivers a distinct landscape and a different kind of physical challenge. Participants travel by 4x4 into terrain that conventional tours never reach, including the sacred summit ridge of Tomorr Mountain and the sheer walls of Osum Canyon.
The final nights are spent camping directly on Gjipe Beach beneath an open sky, closing the journey with a morning swim in the Ionian Sea before the return drive to Tirana. This itinerary is rated challenging and is designed for travellers who are comfortable with sustained physical activity across varied terrain.
